The Luxembourg Stock Exchange, LuxSE (French: Bourse de Luxembourg) is based in Luxembourg City at 35A boulevard Joseph II.

The chairman of the board is Alain Kinsch ^[1] and the chief executive officer is Julie Becker.^[2]

The exchange has pre-opening sessions from 7:15 am to 9:00 am and normal trading sessions from 9:00 am to 5:35 pm from Monday to Friday included, except for holidays declared by the Exchange in advance.^[3]

On 23 August 2023, the company formed EuroCTP as a joint venture with 13 other bourses, in an effort to provide a consolidated tape for the European Union, as part of the Capital Markets Union proposed by the European Commission.
