Gonchigjalzangiin[citation needed] Badamdorj[a] (1850–1921) was an early 20th-century Mongolian religious figure and prime minister under the Bogd Khanate from late 1919[citation needed] to January 1920.[citation needed] He is best known in Mongolia for agreeing to Mongolia's "voluntary" relinquishment of independence from Chinese rule in 1919.[citation needed]
