Vast amounts of this do not belong and are unverified, for instance the "best papers" and being an RA as just two examples. The whole "Notable papers" section should be removed.   • Comment: The IEEE Fellow is a clear pass of WP:PROF#C3, but after removing some promotionally-written text there isn't much left of an article here, some citations are missing, and we aren't making good use of the Wired source to say anything substantive about him. He is an applied artificial intelligence scientist and an IEEE Fellow[1]. Guizani is acknowledged for his notable contributions in various areas including smart city and smart services applications, internet of things, cybersecurity, autonomous systems, and wireless communications and networking.
